This 24,000 sq. ft. job was successfully completed by our experienced team. Firstly, this project entailed etching of the floor. This provided a proper profile for the bonding of the coating to the substrate. Subsequently, a two part epoxy, with excellent wear and abrasion qualities was applied.
The coating was applied in three stages:
- Stage 1 — a base coat was applied
- Stage 2 — an intermediate coat was applied
- Stage 3 — a top coat was applied
These three layers will provide long lasting protection for this manufacturing facility for many years to come.
